5th Class students were very lucky to attend a Visually Impaired Workshop run by Child Vision on Wednesday 27th January 2016 at the Ark Theatre, Temple Bar. A stop motion video made with the help of some of the 3rd and 5th class students, to show how we can behave ‘fairly and safely’ on yard, following our school yard rules.

We loved hearing the story ‘The Gingerbread Man’, so we decided to make our own!   We used gingerbread dough, cookie cutters, rolling pins and lots of bits and bobs to decorate them.   We also decorated some gingerbread cookies.    Yummy!!!!

On Wednesday morning, a very well rehearsed and professional 1st Class took to the stage to perform the Nativity Play. Assisted by their teachers, Ms. Lambe, Ms. Doherty, Mrs. Barror and the school choir, they put on a fantastic performance. Well done to everyone involved.
